Picnic On Yangming Mountain

I was invited by Sasha to accompany him somewhere again. This time to Yangming mountain in Taipei. We woke up soon in 8:00 and left in 8:30. I was a little hungry so I bought a breakfast in 7-11 and we took MRT to Shilin station, where we had a meeting with rest of the group - Taiwanese students which studied in Hradec Kralove last year as exchange students.

There were 3 of them on Shilin, Joselyn and two boys, which names stay secret to me. We took a bus to Yangming mountain. It took maybe half an hour. As it turned out one of the boys took a sports bag full of food and drink to our picnic. As Sasha forgot to mention it, I didn't take food or drink as I supposed we are going to some trip or so. Lucky for me, no-one else took some supplies for picnic, so I haven't to be so ashamed :)

The bus stopped in front of big clock made by flowers, where we waited there for another girl - Tiffany. However she seemed to be a little shy, so I exchanged with her just several sentences and most of the time spoke with Joselyn.
We walked trough parks and found a place for our picnic - a stone table with chairs around just for 6 persons, perfect. We had pears, apples, cakes, some chips and wine and sprite. These guys drunk it mixed together - "why not, it tastes like sangria". Well, I am not sure if it tastes like that, however it was OK :)

After the picnic boys left us and I stayed only with Sasha, Tiffany and Joselyn. Joselyn offered us to go to some exhibition of Tiffany's friends. It was situated near the very first Chiang Kai-shek's estate in Taiwan after his arrival with Kuomintang. This estate was unfortunately closed so we attended just some a little weird exhibition with video, where people from different countries says only one sentence "I am the best". Well, some of these fellows were really funny - for example one looking like a big walrus :D

Later on we moved into the Taipei city. Tiffany left us as she had a scooter on Yangming mountain. Only me, Sasha and Joselyn remained. After a food in Taipei Main Station we moved to Joselyn cousin's workplace - a brewery. Sasha bought a tea and because I never drink something so ugly as beer I bought a cocktail. The only one who bought a beer was Joselyn, she got Hoegaarden.

In 19 o'clock we took a brown MRT line almost to home. Joselyn left us a station prior to ours.
